Yoon-Hee (Kim Nam-Joo) is often a TV drama director. She recently married the most perfect man for her. Yoon-Hee may be afraid of having in-laws, specially a mother-in-law. Because on this, Yoon-Hee looked for a working male who isn't closely attached to his family. If she couldn't find this kind of guy, Yoon-Hee planned with staying single. Finally, Yoon-Hee achieved Terry (Yu Jun-Sang). Terry is really a doctor with a nice personality, but, most notable, he has adopted parents from America. Terry has no recollections involving his real parents and was adopted because of the Korean couple in America as a young child. Yoon-Hee's marriage life seems ready.
Meanwhile, Chung-Ae (Yoon Yeo-Jung) has endured heavy guilt ever considering she lost her son Gwi-Nam in a traditional market 30 rice. Because of that distressing incident, Chung-Ae has endured abuse from her mother-in-law. even so, Chung-Ae still hasn't granted up hope on finding her son eventually.
